Uses: anxiety, insomnia, withdrawal symptoms, menopause, stress, restlessness, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADHD
Dosage: 1-3 tablespoons for 300 ml of warm water or warm milk. Allow to steep 10 minutes, strain and drink. Take approximately 20 minutes before bed.
Safety Concerns: NOT for long term use. Kava kava can cause serious liver damage, even death, when taken repeatedly or over an extended period of time. This is not something you take regularly, but rather periodically during a very bad insomnia period or extreme anxiety. Take more than once every 3-4 weeks.
